Road Cycle – 100km
This stunning circular route is a spectacular ride through the quiet roads of northern NSW. It is both safe and scenic, with a total distance of 99.4km.
This route is for reasonably fit cyclists. Whilst we encourage you to challenge yourself, it is not a race! The route is fully signposted and there is a lead vehicle to show the way, so you can’t get lost. There is a rear vehicle to help those in difficulty, and also medical personnel available, just in case.

The route for 2022 is shown on the map. This circular route is both safe and scenic; starting on the lawn at the front of Salt village and taking the cyclist through the beautiful countryside of Northern NSW.

Family Cycle/Walk – 5-10 km
This also starts at Salt Village and takes the participant along a coastal pathway. This is a stunningly beautiful section of beach and has a fully paved footpath/cycle path perfect for children and those wanting a more relaxed morning. Bring your dog for a real family morning out.

A refreshment stop with bottled water and fruit will be provided at the following places:

50 Km route – 1. Environ Road
