Road Cycle - 100km

This stunning circular route is a spectacular ride through the quiet roads of northern NSW. It is both safe and scenic, with a total distance of 97.4km and 1083m of climbing.

This route is for reasonably fit cyclists.  Whilst we encourage you to challenge yourself, it is not a race! The route is fully signposted and there is a lead vehicle to show the way, so you can’t get lost. There is a rear vehicle to help those in difficulty, and also medical personnel available, just in case.

Road Cycle - 50km

The route for 2018 is shown on the map. This circular route is both safe and scenic; starting on the lawn at the front of Salt village and taking the cyclist through the beautiful countryside of Northern NSW.

The route is fully signposted and there is a lead vehicle to show the way, so you can’t get lost. There is a rear vehicle to help those in difficulty, and also medical personnel available, just in case.

Road Cycle - 30km

The route for 2018 is shown on the map. This is a new 30km circular route, starting and finishing at Salt village, again through stunning countryside. The route follows the Tweed coast road and up Clothiers Creek road, before turning off at Round Mountain and back to Salt again. Not only is this route shorter than the 50km route, it is less hilly, making it perfect for those wanting an enjoyable ride through the countryside without the challenging hills.

Family Cycle/Walk - 5-10 km

This also starts at Salt Village and takes the participant along a coastal pathway. This is a stunningly beautiful section of beach and has a fully paved footpath/cycle path perfect for children and those wanting a more relaxed morning. Bring your dog for a real family morning out.

Refreshments

A refreshment stop with bottled water and fruit which has been generously donated by Mount Warning Water will be provided at Cotton Beach for family cyclist and walkers and at Eviron Road for road cyclists.

After the Event
Please hang around afterwards to allow us to introduce a local recipient who will share their life changing story. Sausgages are also on offer for hungry cyclists!
